Survey Association is operating in accordance with our Business Continuity and Business Interruption plans, ensuring that our teams in Copenhagen, Esbjerg, and Singapore remain fully operational.
Key measures in place include:
- Remote working capabilities – Long-term remote working arrangements enable our teams to continue operating during periods of self-isolation or government-mandated restrictions.
- Remote surveys – Our Athena Surveys remote self-survey app allows vessels to submit First Notification of Loss (FNOL) reports and condition surveys from locations where surveyors cannot travel. Our surveyors can then conduct desktop assessments from home or office.
- Local surveyor network – Through the SYVR™ platform, Survey Association can identify and appoint qualified local surveyors in locations where travel restrictions prevent our own surveyors from attending.
