Survey Association expands with new office in the Baltic region
Survey Association has established a new office in Klaipėda, Lithuania, strengthening its presence and marine surveying capabilities across the Baltic region.
An established part of the marine industry in Denmark and Scandinavia, Survey Association works with a diverse portfolio of clients across the marine insurance, shipowning, and ship management sectors. To support this expansion, the company has appointed Allan Skovlund Nielsen to to lead its Hull & Machinery (H&M) services in the Baltic countries.
The new Klaipėda office will support Survey Association’s existing marine projects while providing marine surveying and consultancy services to clients throughout the Baltic region, further strengthening the company’s local presence and service offering.
Allan brings a strong technical background, having held positions including Technical Manager at MH Simonsen and Herning Shipping, as well as Technical Director at Svithoid Tankers. He has also worked as a Marine Surveyor for the past six years.
