August 14, 2021 - Survey Association appoints Peter Henney, of, GR Marine Consultancy & Surveyors UK Ltd, to represent the company in the UK and Gibraltar.
The Survey Association of 1914 Ltd. (SA) is an established part of the marine cluster in Denmark and Scandinavia, working with a diverse portfolio of clients within marine insurance and ship owning/management and has appointed Peter Henney to head up its Hull & Machinery (H&M) services in the UK and Gibraltar.
Peter will support the SA on existing marine projects whilst looking to provide marine survey services and marine consultancy to clients in the UK, in order to strengthen the company’s services and local reach.
Peter comes with a strong technical background incl. 35 years at sea culminating in reaching the rank of Chief Engineer Officer, he later moved ashore as Chief Technical Superintendent of the RFA, before moving into a Consultant Surveyor role which he has performed for the last 10 years. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology.
